How Does Our Shuttle Work:

Heading to the Airport: If you book your reservation online, you will get a confirmation sheet. Print this sheet out and bring it to the lots, it’s your ticket in. When you arrive at the Park & Go parking lot, our friendly staff will greet you and take your confirmation sheet if you made your reservation online. They will then give you your claim ticket. Once you have received your claim ticket, you can park in any available spot. Our shuttles will be waiting for you to head to the airport. Our staff will also assist with your luggage. When you are on the shuttle, it’s only a 5-7 minute drive to the airport, depending on traffic.

Heading Back To Your Car:

When you arrive back from your flight, head to baggage claim to collect your bags first. Then give us a call. The shuttle bus number is located on the claim ticket you received when you parked the car. So hang onto that! Once you call the shuttle number, it will only take them about 10 minutes to get to you. After you’ve collected your bags and called the shuttle, head to the Courtesy Vehicle pick-up area, which is to the right of the taxi stand. This is where the shuttle will come pick you up. When the shuttle arrives, they will assist you in loading your bags and take you securely back to the lot to pick up your car.
